Hole 17 Par 4 Handicap 1
Description
This 437-yard par four (from the tips) can be called a true golf hole because it has everything! From the tee you will notice it plays right to left. Three bunkers on the corner offer a great depth perception and line of sight. Water lines the entire fairway and lurks in the back of your mind if you try to cut the hole short off the tee. From the landing zone, your playing to an elevated green with a bunker that only lets you see about 20% without danger.
Tips
If the wind is blowing from the west (as it usually does), you will need a solid drive to set yourself up for a low to medium iron to the green. Aim for the fairway bunkers in order to keep the water out of play. After your drive your work is just beginning. An elevated and well- bunkered green will require an accurate and long iron shot. You can be proud of a par on this hole!
