Opening Day Scramble 18 Holes – Saturday, May 3rd 2008 with tee-offs starting @ 9:30AM – Registration
Green Fees 18 Holes: $45.00 (if you are a member of some type your membership will either cover all or some of this-see the Club House for details)
Rental Cart 18 Holes: $15.00 per person
Dinner : $15.00 (even if a TW member must pay for dinner)
All above prices include tax

Please call the Club House or Susan Smith at 613-962-3846 or email susand.smith@sympatico.ca by Wednesday April 19th with your intentions on playing in the Opening Day Scramble so we can determine the number of Tee times required and amount of food to prepare for dinner. Foursomes will be assembled as you arrive that day!
First League Day – Wednesday, May 7th 2008 @4:30PM.
League Fee: $45.00 (covers prizes, ringer board & year-end festivities/dinner)
Wednesday League Green Fees 9 holes: $25 .00
Wednesday Cart Rental Fee 9 Holes: $7.00 per person

After league play everyone is encouraged to socialize with your fellow league mates so plan on staying and enjoying one of many menu items from the Trillium Wood restaurant. There will be occasional League Specials just for us which you’re sure to enjoy! League Fee can be paid by Cash or cheque payable to Trillium Wood

Final League Day – Wednesday, September 24th, 2008 4:30PM.
Closing Festivities – Wednesday October 1, 2008 starting at 5:00 PM
League Format:
The tees will be blocked off from 4:30PM –5:30PM for the Ladies League.
If players arrive early they may be sent off prior to 4:30pm if the tee is available.
Come at your leisure where you will be assembled in groups as you arrive at the tee. It’s nice to know ahead of time if you won’t be coming any given week so Trillium Wood can release any tee times the league won’t need.
The 9 holes played will alternate each week between front and back nine.
If you are interested playing a total of 18 holes on league day please book your own tee-time at the club house to coincide with league play.
Must play a minimum of 10 games to be eligible for League prize money
Current known dates where league will either be cancelled, started late or a shotgun start:
Wed. July 23rd – the TW Ladies invitational where playing in it will count towards the minimum 10 games-CANCELLED
Wed. August 13th – Rotary Tournament-Shotgun at ~5 or 5:30
Wed. August 20th – BGH 75th Anniversary Auxilliary – may be slightly late starting
Others may come up but will be announced ahead of time!
Other Interesting Facts:
Woody’s is being asked to once again sponsor the league so look for prizes for things like closest to the pin/rope/yard marker, longest putt, etc. throughout the course of the season.
The Trillium Wood Ladies league is a fun social league for players of all skill levels. (you can get lessons from Greg or Bob if you’d like)
It can be as competitive as you like to make it – compete with yourself or others within your foursome on any given night, or others within your skill range as we do keep track of scores on a weekly basis and assign folks to flights for the sole purpose of allocating prize money at the end of the season OR don’t compete with anyone or anything at all – it’s whatever you want to make it.
There will be a “ringer board” and birdie tree, 50/50 draws, “chip-in” pot of money for those who put their quarters in and the likes. The fun and excitement just never stop!
