Definition
If you find an online lower tee time rate on another website (same Date & Time), Trillium Wood Golf Club will match the online lower rate. In addition, we will honour this rate and give you a further reduction of 10%.

The guarantee: how it is applied
Rates can change, and we are not perfect, so we may make an unintended mistake; as a result there is a small possibility that you may find an online lower price once you have completed your online tee time reservation at Trillium Wood Golf Club. In this case, we invite you to contact us following the completion of your online reservation to receive our Best Price Guarantee benefits. We invite you to communicate directly with one of our staff at (613) 477 1831 or Email Us.

When you call or email us, you must provide the following:

• Your Name
• Your Email Address (if different than the one used for the reservation)
• Your Phone Number
• Your Confirmation Number
• Your Tee Time (Date & Time)
• The internet address (link) of the website with a lower price or other description for verification.
• The lower tee time price

Verification of claims
All requests are subject to verification by Trillium Wood Golf Club. Trillium Wood Golf Club will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of an online lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by Trillium Wood Golf Club's staff. Nor will Trillium Wood Golf Club verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a technical or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.

Changes
Trillium Wood Golf Club reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the Best Price Guarantee. No change in the Best Price Guarantee will affect any voucher that has already been issued to you.
