wedding_background.jpgTrillium Wood Golf Club staff and management are well qualified and eager to help you coordinate your wedding!


A function contract must be signed for any event

and a minimum deposit of $500.00 is required to hold that date. The deposit is non-refundable, but may be used for re-booking on an alternate date.


Any and all damage that is attributed to the guests of the function is the responsibility of the person(s) that sign the function contract.


Please be aware that if a function is booked a year in advance that price changes may occur. This is the sole discretion of the Trillium Wood Golf Club.


The Trillium Wood Golf Club is an L.L.B.O Licensed establishment and operates all beverage services for functions. A $10.00 corkage fee is assessed to each homemade bottle of wine brought in for dinner.


We are a Smart Serve establishment and we require that each function provide its guests with alternative transportation home; i.e. taxi’s, hired driver etc. We may be able to help with this requirement.


Food is not permitted to be brought into the club without the expressed permission of the Chef.

Prices do not include applicable taxes and a required 15% gratuity.


Please contact us regarding any item you may wish to serve that is not included in our menu. We are happy to try and accommodate special requests and additions and provide estimates for your information.


A guaranteed guest count is required no later than
10 days prior to the event. Invoices are based on the guaranteed count provided by the customer or the number of guests attending whichever is greater.

Reception Area is available for decorating and drop offs no earlier than 10 am the morning of the function. If different arrangements need to be made, please contact the Banquet Coordinator. Paper and metallic confetti is not allowed on the premises. Please check with the staff before decorating.

MARQUIS TENT RENTAL $

The Marquis Tent accommodates:

Dinner & Dance – up to 220 Guests
Dinner – up to 240 Guests
Includes: Tables, Chairs, PA system, Plus the use of our indoor bar / restaurant area, and patio

Additional Items:

Linens:  Tablecloths $, Overlays $, Napkins $, Chairs covers: $

Rental prices are quoted per table of 8 (taxes extra)

Dance Floor $3.75 per square foot (200-250 square feet is average size)

Open Bar

Trillium Wood will provide bar staff and fully stocked bar from 5:00pm to 12 midnight (7 hours in total).

 We will track all alcohol consumed and charge you only for the drinks served. A budget of $10 to $15 would seem reasonable.

Corkage Fee

Trillium Wood will charge a corkage fee of $10.00 per bottle for any opened bottle of wine. Any bottles that have not been opened will be returned to you.

Gratuity

A 15% gratuity will be added to the total invoice.
